Good morning!!! I apologize for the delay, it has been very busy around here! Your message/engagement was powerful to them. Some of the other girls who did not participate want you to come back!! They heard great things from the other girls on what they learned and how they were able to talk things out. One of the young ladies said she felt relieved... she didn't elaborate but she enjoyed you coming and taking the time to be with them. I discussed your impact on the girls with the Advisory Council in the conference call on Monday. I informed them that I would love to have you on the Christmas program to deliver a life changing message to our youth because you are so inspirational. Lastly, I would like to request your presence more often for our young ladies. Thanks and have an amazing weekend!
Shante Farley Volunteer Resource Coordinator Metro Regional Youth Detention Center ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Good Evening Mrs. Elder, Thank you so much for coming tonight; it was absolutely incredible!! Please find my review below. "Mrs. Elder has a sweet spirit and a clear passion for helping young adults excel and realize their potential. Her ability to connect with youth and engage in conversation with them is impeccable. After working with the youth for over two years, it was absolutely amazing to see what Mrs. Elder accomplished with them in less than one hour. Mrs. Elder helped the youth to open up and talk to her about the obstacles they were facing. After the youth opened up, Mrs. Elder was able to give them sound wisdom to live by: KIM--Keep it Moving. I highly recommend Mrs. Elder. She is a phenomenal speaker and mentor." Please let me know if you need anything else from me. Best,
